IQF pineapple dice at SKOT INDIA are produced from sound, mature and carefully selected ripened fruits. The fruit is sourced during its optimal growing season, which typically runs from July to September, and processed into finished IQF product from December to January after rigorous sorting and grading. Because the final product is preserved under strict frozen conditions, IQF pineapple dice remain available throughout the year, ensuring stable supply for global buyers.
We primarily work with the Queen variety, known for its excellent processing behaviour and consistent flavour profile. This variety delivers reliable texture, bright natural colour and balanced sweetness, making it ideally suited for the production of frozen pineapple dices/chunks as well as pineapple juice.
Our IQF line is built on advanced freezing systems, hygienic material handling, and a trained production team that understands the intricacies of tropical fruit processing. Every batch is produced to maintain uniformity in shape, taste and texture, with quality checks executed at every stage of the line.
The result is an ingredient engineered for performance. SKOT INDIA has established itself as a trusted exporter of pineapple-based products, delivering reliable quality, year-round availability and compliance with global standards.

Manufacturing Process
Our IQF pineapple dice are produced from mature, GMO-free fruits. The process follows strict cold-chain discipline:
Fruit Selection
Fully ripe pineapples are inspected for colour, maturity, Brix, aroma and surface quality.
Hand-Cut Slicing & Dicing
Semi-ripe fruits are peeled and sliced manually to maintain better control over geometry and texture.
Blast Freezing
Slices/dices are passed through a blast freezer operating at −30 to −40°C, freezing each piece rapidly to preserve structure, colour and flavour.
Sorting & Inspection
Post-freezing checks ensure uniformity and removal of defects.
Packing & Metal Detection
Products are packed into food-grade PE bags, sealed, placed in corrugated cartons and passed through a metal detector for safety assurance.
Cold Chain Storage
Final products are stored at −18°C until dispatch.
